For our best rates contacts us directly. The following prices are provided as a guide and may change at short notice:

Lunardi Suite or Valentine Suite (both one bedroom) £150 per night

James Wilson Suite (two en suite bedrooms) £200 per night

Weekly stays will attract a discount. A few significant dates are priced a little higher than shown above. Contact us for further details.

MINIMUM STAY

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have booked a suite directly with us, and you’re unable to come for whatever reason, you can cancel free of charge as long as you provide 28 days notice. A 50% refund of the amount paid over can be issued if the cancellation is longer than 14 days notice. Cancellations of less than 14 days notice are not eligible for a refund.

Bookings need to be paid in full within 14 days of enquiry. If not paid within 14 days, then we must release the date.

If the booking is made less than 28 days before your stay, payment must be made within 7 days. Cancellations more than 14 days before your check-in date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations of less than 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

NOISE

Please note that we are situated in a very quiet and peaceful village and request that you kindly respect our neighbours and other guests in the hotel.

DAMAGES TO PERSONAL BELONGINGS.

We provide safety deposit boxes in each room. Please note we cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to any personal belongings.

CAR PARK.

We are in a very quiet village. Nonetheless we do provide CCTV at the front of our building which covers our car park. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for belongings left in vehicles or any damage to your vehicle during your stay.

COMPLAINTS.

We hope you will enjoy your stay with us but if you do have any complaints then please let us know using the contact details given at the time of booking.

DOGS.

Guests may bring one well behaved dog provided they are booking either the Lunardi or Valentine Suites and we request a supplementary payment of £15 for the whole stay.

PRIVACY POLICY.

We take your privacy seriously and we will never sell your personal data to any third party. Any marketing activities carried out on behalf of Meldrums Hotel are only carried out with your consent, which you are free to withdraw at any time.
